I’m an IT professional with hands-on experience in offshore application management, maintenance, monitoring, automating over large infrastructure on technologies like Jira and Confluence for project management, Jenkins for build management, Github for source-code management, Maven for CI/CD, .

As a Jira Administrator:

• I've Created projects/workspace.
• Administered Jira and Confluence (server-side).
• Created and managed Jira workflows/ Issue fields / Custom field / Dashboard management, etc.
• Technical documentation for maintenance, training and development purpose of the team over Confluence.
• Performing weekly checkouts of the application followed by system reindexing.

As a DevOps engineer:

• I've been fixing build related issues.
• Administratering tools Jenkins/Github/JIRa/Confluence.
• Installing and Integrating applications.
• Configuring slave machine in Jenkins.
• Managing permissions on Jenkins.

I,ve also done Technical Documentation for trainig and development purpose of the team. I've basic knowledge of SQL, Nodejs, JavaScript, REST-API and Python.
